EGG SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
6 slices bread, cubed
1 c. sharp cheese
Onion and mushroom, if desired
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Put on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan sausage, bread, cheese, onion, and mushrooms. Cover with 6 eggs, 2 cups milk, 1 teaspoon salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
