5 medium peaches
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. water
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. honey
5 slices bread (cut into cubes)
1 egg
1 carton sour cream (1 cup)

Combine cubed peaches, sugar, cinnamon, salt, water in 10 x 6 1/2 inch dish. Blend melted butter and honey. Stir in bread cubes; spoon over peaches. Combine egg and sour cream and spoon over all. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until topping is brown.
