Instant potatoes for 12 (according to directions)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. minced onions
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Place in buttered dish. Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with paprika and chives. Bake uncovered 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Can make the day ahead.
