BEEF PIE 
1 unbaked pie shell
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 c. tomato soup
2 c. cooked rice
Cheese for topping

Combine beef, bread crumbs, onion, pepper, and half of tomato soup. Pat mixture in pie plate. Mix cooked rice and remaining tomato soup. Dip in shell. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Makes 1 pie.
