YVETTE'S HAMBURGER CHEESE PIE 
1 Pillsbury Ready Crust 8 inch pie
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped onion
1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
Dash black pepper

TOPPING:

1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese or Colby
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg

Preheat oven to 350-375 degrees. Saute onions and green pepper. Brown ground beef, then blend in tomato sauce. Spoon in ground beef into pie shell evenly. Use all. Mix topping. Spread evenly on meat. Use all. Place in oven and cook for 30 to 45 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 1 (8 inch) pie.
