1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, softened
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box confectioners sugar

Mix 1 egg, butter and cake mix; press into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Then mix 2 eggs, cream cheese and confectioners sugar together and pour over top of above. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
