LEMON POPPY SEED CAKE | |
1 lemon cake mix 1 pkg. lemon instant pudding 1/2 c. Crisco oil 1 c. cold water 4 eggs 2 tsp. poppy seeds Blend all ingredients for 2 minutes with electric mixer. Bake in greased and floured tube or Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes. Cool 20 minutes before glazing, if desired. OPTIONAL GLAZE: 1 c. powdered sugar 2 tbsp. lemon juice Drizzle on cake. |
