WINE JELLO 
1 qt. bottle white wine (Manischewitz White Concord Cream)
3 env. gelatin
6 tbsp. hot water
1/2 c. strawberries
6 tbsp. sugar
2 c. seedless grapes
1 sm. can mandarin oranges
1-2 apples, chopped
9 inch ring mold

Pour wine into bowl. Soften gelatin in water, stirring until dissolved (a blender helps). Add to wine, and then add sugar. Pour into mold (rinsed out with cold water first) and allow to set about 1/2 hour in refrigerator. Add fruit (not oranges) and stir. Place oranges in ring on top. Put in refrigerator and chill until firm. Serve plain or with whipped cream.
