CHOCOLATE DELIGHT 
3/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. icing sugar
1 lg. container Cool Whip
2 (4 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk
Chocolate curls or chocolate sprinkles

FIRST LAYER: Melt butter in 9x13 inch pan. Mix in flour and pat into bottom of pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool.

SECOND LAYER: Mix cream cheese, icing sugar and 1/2 container Cool Whip. Spread over first layer.

THIRD LAYER: Mix chocolate pudding with milk. Allow to set a bit, then pour over second layer. Let set.

FOURTH LAYER: Spread rest of Cool Whip over third layer. Decorate with chocolate curls or sprinkles.
