BREAD PUDDING 
3 c. milk
2 c. bread cubes
3 eggs
1/2 c. coconut
3 oz. raisins
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
Pinch salt
Pinch nutmeg

Heat milk in pan until hot. Beat in bread crumbs by hand; set aside. In large bowl combine eggs, coconut, salt, pineapple, nutmeg, and raisins. Add milk-bread mixture; mix well.

Pour into buttered dish. Set dish in pan of hot water. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with Lemon Sauce.

LEMON SAUCE:

1 1/2 tbsp. corn starch
1 c. boiling water
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
Dash nutmeg
2 drops yellow food coloring

Mix corn starch, sugar, and salt. Add boiling water. Cook until thick; take off heat. Add butter, juice, nutmeg, and coloring. Spoon over bread pudding slices.
