REESE'S COOKIES 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. peanut butter
2 stick butter, melted
1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
2 tbsp. shortening

Mix first 4 ingredients until crumbly. Press into 9"x13" pan. Melt chocolate chips and shortening together on stove or in microwave. Spread chocolate over top of graham cracker mixture. Refrigerate and cut into squares just before hardened. You can't eat just one of these.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
