STUFFED BACON ROLLS 
1 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. nuts
1/4 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. sage
12 slices Canadian bacon
3/4 c. tomato juice

Combine all ingredients except bacon and tomato juice. Spread bacon slices with stuffing; roll and secure with toothpick. Place rolls in muffin tins. Pour 1 tablespoonful tomato juice over each roll. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Yield 6 servings.
