CHELSEA'S BACON POTATO ROLL-UPS 
1 lb. bacon
5 potatoes
Toothpicks

SAUCE FOR DIP:

1 c. sour cream
4 scallions, chopped

Cut potatoes into cubes about 1/2 the size of an ice cube. Cut bacon strips in thirds. Roll one bacon strip around each cube and secure with toothpick. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until bacon is crisp and potato is soft. Serve with dip.
