IRISH BREAD 
4 1/2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. raisins
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter (stick)
1 c. milk with 1 tbsp. vinegar

Mix dry ingredients. Cut in butter. Add milk mixture and eggs; mix well. Put in 12 x 4-inch pan.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Sprinkle top with 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 tablespoon butter. Grease and flour pan.
