MINI QUICHES 
2 eggs
1/3 c. milk
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
4 oz. green chilies, diced
1 (10 oz.) pkg. flaky biscuits

Separate dough into 20 pieces. Mix together eggs, milk, cheese and chilies. Place each piece of dough into a muffin tin and fill with 1 tablespoon of mixture. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees. May be frozen after cooked and heated through when ready to serve.
