SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. fresh spinach, washed & drained
1/4 c. chopped green onions
3 boiled eggs, chopped
8 slices bacon, fried & crumbled
Dressing

Remove stems from spinach leaves, tear into pieces. Combine with other ingredients. Serve with dressing. Serves 6.

DRESSING:

1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. sugar (may use 3 pkg. Sweet-n-Low as substitute)
1/3 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine ingredients in blender. Process until smooth. Chill before serving. Makes 2 cups.
