2 lb. ground turkey
1 pkg. (6 oz.) Stove Top Stuffing and seasoning (as packaged - unprepared)
3 egg whites
1/4 c. green pepper
1/2 c. onion
1/8 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper (or to taste)
2 tbsp. catsup

Mix together all ingredients except catsup. Put meat mixture in 8 x 8 inch pan. Top with catsup, cover with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
