CHICKEN GUMBO SOUP 
3 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
16 oz. can tomatoes
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. rice
10 oz. pkg. cut frozen okra
2 c. cooked, diced chicken

Heat broth to boiling. Add vegetables, seasonings, rice and chicken. Cover cook slowly 15 minutes until vegetables and rice are tender. Calories per serving: about 155.
