BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 eggs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 onion, chopped
1/3 c. almonds

Cook broccoli in salted water about 2 minutes. Beat eggs in blender. Add soup, onions and mayonnaise to eggs in blender. Turn on and off almost immediately. Mix with drained broccoli. Fold in almonds and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cut into squares to serve.
