HAM FINGERS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground ham
3/4 lb. veal
3/4 lb. lean ground pork
2 c. fine bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
Salt and pepper lightly

Mix and shape into 36 or more fingers; place in baking dish. Mix and pour over meat: 1 tbsp. dry mustard 1/4 c. vinegar 1 1/2 to 2 c. water

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, uncovered; turn over once.

The recipe I have for Ham Fingers came from a lady who owned a large pig farm in Indiana, back in the 60's. Her sauce recipe included 3/4 cup brown sugar. Everything else seems to be the same. It is a very important ingredient for the sweet and sour flavor that results. They taste great and are a BIG hit at any party.
