1 1/2 lbs. ground ham 3/4 lb. veal 3/4 lb. lean ground pork 2 c. fine bread crumbs 2 eggs 1 1/2 c. milk Salt and pepper lightly Mix and shape into 36 or more fingers; place in baking dish. Mix and pour over meat: 1 tbsp. dry mustard 1/4 c. vinegar 1 1/2 to 2 c. water Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, uncovered; turn over once. |
