CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. soft butter
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk or sour milk
2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. zucchini (coarsely shredded)
1/4 c. chocolate chips

Cream butter, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and buttermilk. Beat with mixer. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture and beat well. Stir in zucchini last by hand.

Pour into well greased and floured 9 x 12 x 2 inch pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top. Bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Good served with whipped cream.
