FETTUCINI WITH CLAM SAUCE 
6 tbsp. of olive oil
5 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp. of old bay seasoning
2 tbsp. of dried parsley flakes
1 can of minced clams, more if desired
1/2 tsp. of oregano
1/2 tsp. of cajun blended mix

Slice garlic very thin and mix with the olive oil in a large skillet. Fry until slightly brown. Add clams do not drain. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Add parsley, oregano, old bay and cajun seasoning. Mix together well.

Serve over fettucini, vermicelli or any other pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan or ramano cheese.
