CHOLESTEROL LOWERING SALAD 
1/3 c. plain lowfat yogurt
1 (6 oz.) can pineapple juice
4 c. shredded cabbage
Juice 1/2 a lemon
2 large slices fresh pineapple cut into bite size
6 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. diced walnuts

Mix yogurt and pineapple juice together in a bowl and set aside. Mix remaining ingredients together in another bowl, add the yogurt, pineapple juice mixture. Place salad in refrigerator to chill a couple hours before serving. Each 1 cup serving contains 93 calories, 0.4 milligrams cholesterol, 3 grams fiber.
