STUFFED ACORN SQUASH 
2 acorn squash
1 c. ground cooked ham
1 c. cooked rice
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. minced green pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 slightly beaten egg

Cut each squash in half and remove seeds. Place cut side down on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees until tender.

Combine ham, rice, onion, green pepper, Worcestershire sauce, bread crumbs and egg. Fill the center of squash with ham mixture. Dot with 1/4 cup butter and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 4.
