HERB FRIED CHICKEN | |
2 lb. frying chicken pieces 2 c. Good Seasons garlic salad dressing 1 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 c. bread crumbs Marinate chicken in the salad dressing for several hours or overnight. Mix together: flour, salt and pepper. Drain chicken and roll in flour mixture. Then dip in salad dressing and roll in bread crumbs. Fry in hot oil for 8 to 10 minutes. |
