LEMON - HERB GRILLED CHICKEN | |
2-2 1/2 lb. chicken pieces 3/4 c. vegetable oil 3/4 c. lemon juice 2 tsp. seasoned salt (such as Durkee or Lawry's) 2 tsp. paprika 2 tsp. sweet basil 2 tsp. thyme 1/2 tsp. garlic powder Place chicken in heavy plastic bag. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chicken. Seal bag. Marinate in refrigerator several hours or overnight. Broil or grill chicken 4 inches from heat source 15-20 minutes per side or until done. Baste often with marinade. |
