TURKEY FETTUCCINE 
Turkey cutlets, fatter ones (tender loins)

Broil cutlets in oven for 10 minutes on each side. Cut up. Saute:

1 c. mushrooms
1/4 c. butter

Mix together:

1 can chicken broth
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. dry cooking sherry
1 tsp. garlic powder

Add to mushrooms and cook until sauce thickens. Cook spinach fettuccine noodles. Place on platter, layering noodles, turkey and sauce.
