EASIER PIE 
14 graham crackers
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
2 c. cold milk
1 bowl Cool Whip
1 can pie filling (cherry or strawberry)

Line 9 inch square pan with whole crackers, break if necessary. Combine pudding mix and milk in bowl, beat until thick. Let stand 5 minutes, then blend whipped topping. Spread 1/2 pudding mix on top layer of crackers. Then add another layer of crackers. Top with remaining pudding mix. then remaining crackers. Top with pie filling. Chill 2 hours.
