SAUERKRAUT AND KIELBASA 
2 strips bacon, diced
1 can tomato sauce (paste if using crock pot)
1/2 to 1 onion, diced
1 can whole tomatoes
2 cans sauerkraut
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 ring kielbasa

Fry onion and bacon until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Wash and drain sauerkraut, add to the rest. Simmer at low heat at least two hours, or crock pot all day.
