C.'S SUPER NACHOS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 (10 oz.) can jalapenos
1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 (12 oz.) container sour cream
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 diced tomatoes
Chopped lettuce
1 carton guacamole dip
1 pkg. tortilla chips
1 tbsp. chopped green chilies

Cook crumbled ground beef until done. Drain excess fat. Mix taco seasoning with meat according to package directions and cook approximately 15 minutes. Spread the jalapeno dip to cover bottom of 12-14 inch plate or pan. Sprinkle with the cheeses; top with meat mixture. Then sprinkle with chilies. Broil or microwave 5-7 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and brown. Around edge of plate or pan, arrange a border of lettuce, then tomatoes, then tortilla chips.

Place mound of guacamole topped with sour cream in center. May be used as an appetizer or fun Saturday supper. Be sure to have plenty of tortilla chips on hand.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
