TACOS 
2 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 lb. sharp cheese
1 head lettuce
3 tomatoes
1 onion (diced)
1 lb. can refried beans (optional)
1 pkg. flour tortilla shells or corn shells
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
1 bottle taco sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 c. water

Brown hamburger in large skillet. Drain and add 1/2 or all of taco seasoning and 1 cup water.

Using separate bowls for each ingredient, grate cheese, cut up tomato, onion, lettuce. Warm refried beans in microwave 1/2 minute.

Warm taco shells in oven 10 minutes or tortillas in microwave for 1 minute. Add ingredients to shell and enjoy.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
