1 box yellow cake mix
2 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
2 pts. strawberries
1 tsp. lemon juice
8 oz. Cool Whip

Bake cake mix by directions. Cool completely. Mix sugar, sour cream, and lemon juice. Slice strawberries. Fold into Cool Whip. Mix together; ice cake.

Note: Do not wash berries. Always use fresh berries.
