AUNT PATSY'S STRAWBERRY CAKE 
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. oil
1 box white cake mix
1 box strawberry Jello
4 eggs
1 c. strawberries (frozen & thawed or fresh)

Mix cake mix, flour, Jello, oil, water and eggs. Beat 3 minutes. Add strawberries and beat 1 minute. Bake in layers or 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Ice with strawberry icing that follows or use as shortcake with strawberries and whipped cream.

STRAWBERRY ICING:

1 stick butter
1/2 c. strawberries
1 lb. powdered sugar

Cream butter. Add 1 cup sugar gradually. Add berries and rest of sugar. If using frozen strawberries, drain well and may need more sugar.

NOTE: Recipe may be done using raspberries and raspberry flavored Jello.
