CHOCOLATE POPCORN AND PEANUTS 
3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
2 tbsp. butter
3.5 oz. bag microwave butter or natural flavor popcorn and serve popcorn, popped
12 lg. marshmallows
2 tbsp. water

In 4-cup measure, combine chocolate, marshmallows, butter, and water. Microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes, or until chocolate and marshmallows are melted, also stirring several times until smooth.

Place popped corn and peanuts in large bowl; add chocolate mixture and mix thoroughly until well coated. Spread in shallow pan to cool. Makes about 2 quarts.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
