MOLDED NIPPY SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 1/4 c. hot water
1 c. well-drained crushed pineapple
2 tbsp. horseradish
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cottage cheese

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Chill until partially set. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill until firm. Unmold on lettuce.
