CHINESE PEPPER STEAK 
1 lb. round steak
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tbsp. ginger
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 green pepper
raw tomatoes (if wanted)
3 tbsp. oil
1 clove garlic
1/4 c. water

Brown cut-up steak in oil; add cornstarch, then add the rest of ingredients and simmer. Put peppers and tomatoes in last for a few minutes. Serve over white rice.
