MUNCH CRUNCHY GRANOLA 
1/2 c. dried apples, apricots or mixed fruits
1 1/2 c. oats
1 c. golden raisins
1 pkg. (4 1/2 oz.) toasted sunflower seeds
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cut dried fruit into small pieces. Spread the fruit pieces and remaining ingredients in ungreased jelly roll pan. Mix well. Bake for 10 minutes, remove from oven and stir. Return to oven and bake 10 minutes more. Store leftover granola tightly covered in refrigerator.
