LAYERED SALAD 
2 c. croutons
1 lb. crumbled fried bacon
1 head lettuce
1 sm. onion in rings
1 c. cauliflower
Celery, green pepper and cucumbers, optional

DRESSING:

1/4 c. sugar
2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese

Layer vegetables in 2. Put part of dressing between layers and cover top. Chill 8 hours.
