FREEZER SLAW 
1 med. head cabbage
1 carrot
1 red or green pepper
1 tsp. salt

DRESSING:

1 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. celery seed
2 c. sugar

Chop or shred cabbage, carrot and pepper. Add salt to mixture and let stand 1 hour. Then squeeze out all the water possible.

Bring dressing to boil (hard) for 5 to 10 minutes. Then cool completely (very important). Add to slaw and put in containers and freeze.
