QUICHE LORRAINE 
6 slices bacon
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. sharp shredded cheese
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 c. light cream or half & half
2 eggs, well beaten
1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Dash of cayenne pepper
Dash of nutmeg
Dash of salt
1 unbaked pie shell, frozen variety

Cook bacon until crisp. Break into small pieces and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients, add bacon. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Place in a 425 degree oven for 10 minutes. Lower oven temperature to 325 degrees and continue baking another 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve with tomato wedges for a full meal. Also very good for breakfast.
