GREEN CHILI SALSA 
1 tbsp. oil
1 chopped onion
1 sm. can chopped green chilies
1 clove chopped garlic
2 c. whole tomatoes
Salt to flavor

Heat oil, add onion, and simmer for about 3 minutes in small saucepan. Add chili and simmer for another 3 minutes. Add garlic and the tomatoes. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes more. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover and let chill.
