PINEAPPLE PUDDING CAKE 
1 can crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 yellow cake mix
1 sm. Cool Whip

Bake cake, let cool. Poke holes in cake with fork; drain juice from pineapple into holes then spread pineapple over top. Mix pudding according to package directions, when thick. Add cream cheese and beat with mixer until creamy. Spread on cake. Top with Cool Whip.
