CORN MOUSSAKA 
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese & chives, drained
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Spread corn in an ungreased shallow 1 1/2 quart casserole. In skillet, brown hamburger. Drain off fat. Add flour. Cook and stir for 1 minute. Stir in tomato sauce, garlic powder and cinnamon. Pour over corn in dish and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, combine eggs and cottage cheese. Spread over meat mixture. Top with Parmesan and Mozzarella cheeses. Sprinkle with nuts if desired. Bake 10 to 15 minutes more.
