HAWAIIAN WEDDING CAKE 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9 x 13 pan, bundt or tube pan.

In a large bowl, mix by hand:

2 eggs
2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice

Pour into pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla

Top with coconut, chopped nuts, or cherries if desired.
