PICK OF THE PARTY 
1/2 lb. (12 slices) white meat chicken roll
8 oz. soft cream cheese
2 tbsp. chopped walnuts
1 can (8 oz.) sliced peaches, drained

Combine cheese and walnuts. Spread cheese mixture on 9 slices of chicken roll. Assemble these slices in stakes of three. Top each stack with one of the remaining slices of chicken roll. Chill. Cut each stack in 8 wedges. Top each slice with peach slice. Secure with toothpick.
