JUDY LOOSE'S PINEAPPLE CHICKEN 
1 can pineapple chunks
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Cheese
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 tsp. instant coffee
Salt & pepper

In casserole, layer pineapple, then chicken. Mix soup and coffee, add salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Put cheese on top until it melts.
