SOUR CREAM APPLE PIE 
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
1 c. sour cream
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
4 c. diced apples
1/2 c. light brown sugar
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. soft butter
1 c. pecans

Beat well the sour cream, sugar, flour, salt, vanilla and egg. Add diced apples. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Take pie from oven. Mix well the sugar, flour, butter and pecans. Add this to the top of pie. Bake pie another 10 minutes.
