SOUR CREAM APPLE PIE 
1 (9") pie shell
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. apples, pared, cored & finely chopped

TOPPING:

1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter

Make pastry for pie crust. Mix together flour, salt, sugar, egg, sour cream and vanilla. Add apples and mix well. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes then at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Combine ingredients for topping. Sprinkle over pie. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
