FAMILY FAVORITE FIBER BREAD 
2 c. rolled oats, raw
3 c. boiling water
3 pkg. yeast
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. warm water
1/2 c. oil
1 c. light molasses
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs or egg substitute or egg whites
1 c. oat bran (raw)
2 c. whole wheat flour
5 to 6 c. unbleached white flour
1 c. raw sunflower seeds

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Pour boiling water over rolled oats and cool. Add oil, molasses, beaten eggs, salt, yeast and flours. Knead. Let rise until doubled. Make loaves. Let rise. Bake in 375 degree oven 40 minutes for small loaves, 50 minutes for large loaves. Makes 5 small loaves or 2 large and 3 small or 3 large.
