ORANGE BREAKFAST RING 
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. grated orange rind
2 (12 oz.) cans buttermilk biscuits
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
2 tbsp. orange juice

Combine sugar and orange rind. Separate biscuits, dip each in butter and coat with sugar mixture (sugar and orange rind). Stand biscuits on side, overlapping edges in a 9 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove ring from pan and invert on a serving plate. Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar. Mixing until smooth; add orange juice stirring well. Spoon mixture over top of hot ring. Serve warm.
